Terms of Service

What TubeGrab is

TubeGrab is a free utility that resolves publicly available download options for YouTube videos so you can save files you have the right to save. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to YouTube or Google. The service is provided as-is, for free, with no warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your responsibility

Videos, audio tracks and metadata belong to their creators. You may only download content that you own, that is openly licensed, or that its rights holder allows you to save. Downloading may be restricted by YouTube's Terms of Service and by the copyright and personal-copy laws of your country, which vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for how you use this tool and for making sure your use is lawful where you live.

Fair use of the service

Do not use TubeGrab to build datasets, mass-scrape content, resell access or circumvent technical protections at scale. Do not attempt to overload, probe or abuse the service or its infrastructure. We may rate-limit or block traffic that harms the service for everyone else.

No guarantees

YouTube changes how videos are served continuously, so availability of specific formats can vary from one hour to the next. Download links generated by the resolver expire quickly (typically within hours) and may stop working mid-session; simply resolve the video again. We make no promise that any particular video, quality or format will be available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeGrab and its operators are not liable for any damages, data loss or claims arising from your use of the service or of the files you download with it.
